Love it, they have a beautiful cat in store and it's evident that all the employees care about pets. They are also quite knowledgeable and will try their best to answer inquiries about products carried in-store as well as questions about general pet care. They are very professional, and friendly as well. The service I recieved was excellent. I only wish I knew the cat's name.

My first ever pet that I have myself is a dwarf hamster, Ms. Nugget. And I bought her sandbath, bedding and other substrates here. I couldn't get any happier and very satisfied with the purchase. The selections are various too! The staff was so friendly and greeted everyone who came in when I was there. The location is super awesome as it's so close to Kensington market and Chinatown. For me, it's really convenient. Love it!

I am new to Toronto and have been to several Pet Valu's around the city, but this location is by far the best! Awesome, friendly, service. The sales associate helping me really took his time and answered all my questions. My dog has lots of allergies so finding the right food for her can be tricky. The store also had a really well stocked selection. I could not be happier with my experience!

A large pet store in the heart of the city, great for most pets and their owners. As a former rabbit and current cat owner, I appreciate the selection of hay and cat food/treats... Dogs are really well served here as well. I love that they offer a slight discount if you purchase tins of food by the case. Customer service here is pretty great, and helpful.

Smaller store (compared to the burbs) but they seem to have it all. Very helpful staff.

Amazing customer service. We bought our usual 6-month haul of kibble and jumbo cans only to go to our annual vet checkup a couple days later to be told we need urinary food. We went in for an exchange and had a fantastic experience. The system wasn’t cooperating at first but the two employees sorted everything out for us and were excellent. Always nice coming here.

My usual purchase was out of stock and when I asked about it, I received some of the best service ever. Without hesitation, Ashley asked if I’d be willing to go to another store, checked on stock and even called the store to hold it for me. I was very impressed with her. She’s a huge asset to this business!

Nice staff, bigger selection than you’d expect. They also usually have a Toronto Cat Rescue cat for adoption in the store which I like.

Well stocked for a small store Had such a great experience dealing with the lovely sales associates Stopped by to get a surgical collar for my dog and was impressed with the selection, what made my time there outstanding were the staff, I didn't catch any names but THANK YOU!!
